Arrival after 16:00 departure by 10:00 (alterations by arrangement) 20% payment on booking and balance one month before arrival payments can be made by cheque or by card.

Please note that ‘The Studio’ has been converted to Woodpecker Cottage and is therefore not normally available as a community room. When all of our cottages are occupied by one party Woodpecker can be used to provide a room for communal meals or activities. Wood for the wood burner is available at a small cost.

Please note that Woodpecker Cottage can also be used as a Large communal room with a woodburner if all four cottages are rented by one party

Our prices include:

  • Heating, lighting, laundry.
  • A cot and a high chair if needed.
  • Laundry, drying and tumble drier facilities (60p/load/machine)
  • Secure storage, workspace and cleaning facilities for bikes.
  • When available and by prior arrangement the use of Woodpecker cottage as a communal room.
  • Reduced rate access to fishing on the Upper Irfon Beat.
